Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex software products Strong understanding of production ML systems, particularly in computer vision, biometrics, or fraud detection Experience with the full ML lifecycle, including data management, training, deployment, and monitoring Solid background in SaaS or distributed systems, including backend APIs and modern frontend frameworks Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD practices
