Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps and SRE engineers, establishing goals and fostering a culture of operational excellence Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring reliability and performance Partner with various teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals and drive improvements in observability and incident response
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering 4+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for 3+ years Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and modern cloud platforms Experience leading DevOps/SRE teams in a scaling or high-growth environment
