Provide hands-on system and operational support to system integrators, resolving time-sensitive requests within 24-48 hour SLAs Troubleshoot and correct system issues with a focus on inventory accuracy and data quality Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external partners to remove blockers and prevent delays to factory operations
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Project or Program Management experience in a fast-paced operational or supply chain environment Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) 2-5 years of ERP experience, preferably with SAP Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; PMP/PMI preferred
