Central London | Hybrid?? £45–52k DOE We’re a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider for the creative industry, supporting 5,000+ users across 70+ businesses — and we’re hiring a Cloud Solutions Engineer to help lead our cloud and hybrid practice. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who can design, deliver, and own cloud solutions — not just support them. What you’ll be doing Designing and delivering Azure-first & hybrid cloud solutions Leading end-to-end cloud migrations (on-prem ? Azure / AWS) Managing complex hybrid environments Acting as the technical escalation point for cloud infrastructure Advising clients on cloud strategy, security, and cost optimisation Mentoring junior engineers and shaping best practice What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience across hybrid infrastructure & cloud Strong Azure skills (VMs, AVD, Networking, Entra ID, Backup/DR) Solid on-prem foundations (Windows Server, AD, virtualisation) Experience with cloud migrations & architecture design Confident, client-facing, and commercially aware Why join us Hybrid working + great Central London office Real influence over our cloud strategy Funded training & cloud certifications Supportive culture with clear progression ??
