Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 - Rushden Day Nursery

Position: Level 3 Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours - 4.5 days per week

Salary: £13.01 per hour

We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will help create a friendly, welcoming, and secure environment for children aged 0-5 years, as well as support our out-of-school club for children up to 12 years. Depending on your strengths, you may work with the youngest children or focus on preschool and out-of-school care.

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Build and maintain professional relationships, reporting any concerns to management.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English – essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years – desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable
