Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Type: Permanent | Up to 40 hours per week (flexible) | Monday – Friday

Salary: £13.50 per hour / £28,080 per annum

Available Positions: 3 (2 Full-time - 40 hours, 1 Part-time - 30 hours)

Located in a stunning rural setting, our converted barn nursery is surrounded by fields and features large outdoor play areas suitable for all weather conditions. At Fradley Nursery, children from birth to 5 years can explore, learn, and develop through engaging activities and resources that promote learning through play. We embrace the great outdoors, offering outdoor learning experiences in our bespoke forest school facility.

This role is ideal for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who has worked with children aged 0-5 years and is eager for an exciting career opportunity.

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Essential
• Experience with babies under 2 years: Desirable
• Knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable
• Understanding of the EYFS statutory framework: Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
