We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Service - Performance and Risk Management - Global Supply Chain, to assist us with a wide range of financial analyses. In this role, you will have a major impact in supporting the growth of the procurement team. You will be at the forefront of elevating the global procurement department to a higher level.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collaborate with category managers to support budget planning and performance reviews.
Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for purchasing to ensure transparency and facilitate decision-making.
Conduct variance analyses and report any risks or discrepancies to management.
Align reports with finance and management control teams to ensure data consistency.
Participate in purchasing performance reviews and goal-setting workshops.
Analyze and report on procurement spending by region, category, and supplier.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A degree in management, finance, management control, or supply chain management, along with over 3 years of experience in purchasing or financial control.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required for this role, as you will represent BRP in negotiations with suppliers in the United States who do not speak French.
A strong understanding of purchasing performance indicators (KPIs) and the logic behind cost savings.
Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
