Performance Coordinator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Service - Performance and Risk Management - Global Supply Chain, to assist us with a wide range of financial analyses. In this role, you will have a major impact in supporting the growth of the procurement team. You will be at the forefront of elevating the global procurement department to a higher level.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Collaborate with category managers to support budget planning and performance reviews.

• Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for purchasing to ensure transparency and facilitate decision-making.

• Conduct variance analyses and report any risks or discrepancies to management.

• Align reports with finance and management control teams to ensure data consistency.

• Participate in purchasing performance reviews and goal-setting workshops.

• Analyze and report on procurement spending by region, category, and supplier.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• A degree in management, finance, management control, or supply chain management, along with over 3 years of experience in purchasing or financial control.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required for this role, as you will represent BRP in negotiations with suppliers in the United States who do not speak French.

• A strong understanding of purchasing performance indicators (KPIs) and the logic behind cost savings.

• Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
