Associate Dentist – Redlands, CA

We are a modern, privately owned dental practice seeking a highly skilled, personable, and team-oriented Associate Dentist to join our growing team in the Inland Empire. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with 4+ years of clinical experience who is an excellent communicator and connects well with patients and our team. We are looking for a dentist who delivers high-quality clinical dentistry and connects meaningfully with patients. Someone who can clearly communicate the value of treatment, educate patients with confidence, and create a welcoming, upbeat experience. A friendly attitude, strong chairside presence, and the ability to help patients feel comfortable and understood are essential.

We offer a supportive environment with mentorship from experienced doctors. Our team is committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and modern dental technology.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: 27%–30% of adjusted production

  • Develop and clearly communicate comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients on procedures, post-operative care, and preventative oral health
  • Effectively communicate the value of recommended treatment to support patient understanding and case acceptance
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through professionalism, warmth, and approachability
  • Utilize diagnostic tools (including AI-assisted technology) and maintain accurate, timely patient records
  • Collaborate effectively with a strong clinical and administrative team

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
  • Valid California dental license
  • 4+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry
  • CPR certified
  • Excellent communicator with both patients and team members
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a strong commitment to patient experience
