À propos

E.ON is one of Europe's largest operators of energy networks and infrastructure and a provider of innovative energy solutions. Our employees are constantly working to digitise the energy world, achieve net zero and connect everyone to good energy. To achieve this, we are focusing our actions on sustainability, digitalisation and growth. We strongly believe that differences make us stronger and welcome all people into our inclusive and diverse culture.

Join E.ON's Team Grid Smartification within the Energy Network Technology & Innovation division. As part of our mission, we define a vision for smart grid operation and drive innovation, efficiency, and future readiness. We develop strategies, translate our vision into actionable roadmaps, and accelerate implementation. By connecting all projects, expert teams, and DSOs, we foster collaboration and speed up the smart grid transformation within E.ON—across Germany and internationally.

We are looking for an Expert - Grid Smartification Strategy (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply by 20/03/2026.

  • Develop and Evolve Our Strategy: You will make an important contribution to the ongoing development and evolution of our established Grid Smartification strategy. By continuously monitoring technical innovations, regulatory and legal changes, and our stakeholders' needs, you will ensure our approach remains cutting‑edge
  • Transform our infrastructure's potential into impactful solutions: Your role will focus on unlocking the full potential of our existing grid infrastructure within our 9 national and our international DSO. • Stakeholder Management: Actively engage and align internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on collaborating with management and project-leads. You will build consensus and secure commitment for strategic initiatives across the organization. Additionally, you will represent E.ON's interests externally when required, for example in industry associations or regulatory forums

  • Change and stakeholder management: Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and support strategic decision‑making in dynamic environments, while valuing teamwork and collaborating openly and constructively with colleagues across all functions
  • What sets you apart: Entrepreneurial and leadership mindset, decisiveness, willingness to drive change, and the ability to foster collaboration and lead cross-company, interdisciplinary teams
