What You’ll Be Doing As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll be involved in designing and developing components for both consumer and industrial products. Your responsibilities will include: Creating mechanical concepts and detailed 3D models using SolidWorks Designing for a variety of manufacturing processes: machining, injection moulding, extrusions, sheet metal, 3D printing, and more Hands-on prototyping, testing, and refining designs using rapid prototyping technologies Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-efficiency Supporting the transition of legacy drawings into CAD/PDM format and maintaining the design library Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement Participating in design reviews and supporting products throughout their lifecycle What’s on Offer A collaborative, flat-structured environment where your ideas are valued Involvement in the full product journey—from concept to production Opportunities to shape future product direction Standard working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week) Annual discretionary profit-related bonus A team that values empathy, responsibility, and engineering integrity What You’ll Bring A strong grasp of mechanical design and engineering principles Excellent sketching, communication, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software Ability to work independently and collaboratively A passion for creating high-quality, innovative products Ready to take your mechanical design career to the next level? xbpsjku Apply now with your CV and portfolio to be part of a company where engineering innovation meets real-world impact.
