This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. - Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support team objectives.
- Uphold high standards of work ethic and contribute positively to team dynamics, particularly in demanding logistics operations.
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Capable of performing tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant Lifting of up to 60 pounds. Understanding of warehouse safety best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work flexible shifts and maintain a consistent attendance record. Understanding the importance of PPE is crucial for your safety and the safety of others.
