- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement and enforce Safety protocols and procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
- Optimize workflow and productivity to meet operational goals.
- Monitor and manage the use of warehouse equipment and supplies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and address concerns.
- Ensure all team members understand and use required PPE .
- Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns effectively.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Logistics best practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Deep understanding of workplace Safety regulations and best practices.
- Commitment to leading by example and fostering a positive team environment.
- Must ensure adherence to all Safety policies and the use of required PPE .
