Are you a motivated individual looking for a rewarding role in Orlando, Florida? We are hiring Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is vital to our success, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked and efficiently packed for delivery. You will be working within a dynamic warehouse environment, using modern equipment and following strict procedures to maintain quality and speed. Responsibilities include locating products, verifying order details, packing items with care, and preparing shipments. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to follow guidelines diligently. This position involves physical activity and offers a great opportunity for growth within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders, utilizing RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure they match order requirements.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, using dunnage as needed to prevent damage.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all order information is correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Must be able to handle regular Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail for accuracy in picking and packing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Commitment to Safety standards and procedures.
