We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Austin, Texas! This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and dispatched in a timely manner. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your contribution is vital to maintaining customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our Logistics network. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to workplace Safety . The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a collaborative team is essential. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming goods: receive, inspect, and stock inventory accurately.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items with precision and speed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE as required for different tasks.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counting.
- Support the smooth execution of all Logistics operations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and diligent use of PPE .
- Familiarity with warehouse Logistics is advantageous.
