The position requires consistent physical activity, including substantial walking, bending, and frequent Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves using order lists or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to minimize errors.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for packing and final shipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area and the warehouse floor.
- Participate actively in inventory control processes, such as cycle counting.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies, procedures, and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse function is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists or operate RF scanning devices effectively.
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong adherence to workplace Safety standards and diligent use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a valued member of a Logistics team.
