Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Handle goods with care to prevent damage and ensure quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 55 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety protocols and procedures.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to stand and move for the majority of the shift.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to following all safety regulations and wearing appropriate PPE.
