Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
  • Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with precision.
  • Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
  • Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
  • Handle goods with care to prevent damage and ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 55 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to stand and move for the majority of the shift.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Commitment to following all safety regulations and wearing appropriate PPE.
