Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Verify picked items against order lists or scanner data to ensure accuracy.
- Package orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders in the designated shipping area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and logistics efficiency.
- Wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics is beneficial.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
