Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
  • Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
  • Perform duties with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency in logistics processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Knowledge of PPE requirements in a warehouse setting.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics principles.
