Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
- Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
- Perform duties with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency in logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Knowledge of PPE requirements in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles.
