Working Student (f/m/d) - Engineering Processes

• Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of engineering process documentation, including workflows, guidelines, and SOPs
• Assist in preparing training materials and presentations for process rollouts and updates
• Maintain and organize the internal knowledge base for all engineering process documents
• Contribute to process visualization using tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar mapping software
• Support data collection, consolidation, and basic reporting, including simple dashboards for the Engineering Process team
• Provide general administrative and communication support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, and managing shared platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• Entry-level student role – no prior professional experience required
• Skills in process mapping and technical documentation, including working with tools like Microsoft Visio
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to collect, structure, and interpret data to support engineering-related tasks
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and teamwork
