Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to support the 767 Compliance team in Everett, Washington.

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10+ people.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

  • 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives

  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis

  • 3+ years of experience in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working within procedures aimed at showing/finding compliance to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations

  • Familiarity with One BPS (Boeing Production System) standards

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $126,000 - $154,000
