Mockup Project Manager Located in Châtel-Saint-Denis, 20 minutes from Lausanne, Polygravia Arts Graphiques SA is a major player in its sector. With nearly fifty years of experience, our company offers an array of solutions ranging from research and development to the production of printed materials (printing) and our specific activity related to the production of mockups and prototypes: Polythink. With an in-depth mastery of printing and embellishment processes, we explore various avenues and bring our designs to life, developing faithful mockups to the industrial product, allowing for the validation of technical feasibility, aesthetic rendering, and functional coherence-regardless of the final production site. We are looking for a (desired activity rate: 100%): Mockup Project Manager (M/F) YOUR MISSION You oversee each step from briefing to final delivery. Working closely with our clients, you transform their ideas into technically advanced and aesthetically compelling prototypes. You work hand in hand with them and our teams, with a clear goal: precision, technical demands, adherence to deadlines, and a high level of quality. In this role, you: Analyze the client brief, its objectives, constraints, and aesthetic requirements Conduct a technical analysis of the files (autonomously or with our teams, based on your initial experience) Select and define the most suitable printing and embellishment processes Propose innovative technical solutions that reconcile industrial feasibility, visual impact, and cost control Establish quotes and prepare technical documents for internal teams Plan and coordinate all project stages Ensure the interface between the client and the R&D or production departments Supervise the stages, quality control, and adherence to deadlines until delivery YOUR PROFILE CFC in a graphic industry profession or higher education or proven experience allowing a comprehensive understanding of the production chain Strong knowledge of printing processes and technical constraints Excellent perception and sensitivity to colors, details, and visual renderings Strong interest in project management and ease in daily client interactions Sharp sense of autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Rigor and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment Team spirit, solution-oriented, and capable of interacting with varied stakeholders Very good command of French and English We place great importance on personality and the desire to learn. Internal support is planned, but we are primarily looking for a senior profile with solid skills and experiences.
