We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join My Team. This position is part-time or full time schedule, Ask yourself do you like working independently and sharing an office space. Do you want to learn to do Medical massage? In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, combining technical skill with compassionate care. *Responsibilities*
* Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients’ specific needs.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals.
* Apply advanced techniques such as pain management strategies, physiology knowledge, and anatomy understanding to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
* Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations for sustained wellness benefits.
* Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and medical terminology in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health protocols and sanitation procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and fostering a positive client experience.
*Skills*
* Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically and professionally.
* Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify treatment needs effectively.
* Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management methods.
* Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
* Knowledge of occupational health standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene and safety.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
