Join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Forklift Operator! We are looking for a dedicated individual to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to support our logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility, ensuring timely loading and unloading of trucks. A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in a demanding environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse workflow.
- Strong focus on Safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
