We are seeking a diligent and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate various warehouse machinery.
- Physical capability to handle frequent Lifting (up to 60 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic inventory management and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and operational excellence.
