Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Seattle, Washington. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics network, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency from arrival to departure. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Pick orders accurately using pick lists or scanning equipment.
  • Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Follow all company procedures and guidelines related to logistics and safety.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established safety procedures.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus.
