- Accurately identify and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
- Follow all company Safety rules and wear required PPE .
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks when required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capability to handle moderate Lifting (up to 45 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Logistics .
- Dedication to workplace Safety .
- Must use required PPE consistently.
