Are you a proven leader with experience in warehouse management? We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations in Omaha, Nebraska. In this critical role, you will lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies. Your responsibilities will include managing workflow, optimizing storage, overseeing shipping and receiving, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our logistics department. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety are essential. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing all safety procedures and ensuring the proper use of PPE by your team. This leadership position may require occasional lifting and physical involvement in warehouse tasks.
