We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with general warehouse duties. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Sort, stack, and palletize products.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including sweeping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as directed.
- Ensure accurate handling and placement of goods to prevent damage and ensure efficient retrieval.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. A commitment to safety is paramount. Familiarity with logistics principles is beneficial. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
