As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the physical stamina required for warehouse tasks. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Assemble and prepare products as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure the correct use and maintenance of all required PPE .
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Logistics processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity for regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of and adherence to workplace Safety standards and the use of PPE .
- Basic knowledge of warehouse Logistics is beneficial.
