We are hiring reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a hands-on role critical to the success of our Logistics operations. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Our Warehouse Worker position requires individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for handling merchandise, organizing inventory, and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time. Proper use of PPE and adherence to all Safety guidelines are mandatory. The role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting, and requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, and wear all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and consistent use of PPE.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
