Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, ensuring adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Properly handle and store goods to prevent damage.
- Support the overall logistics process through diligent work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures and protocols.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and utilizing proper PPE.
