Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Atlanta, Georgia! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient flow of our logistics operations. This role is crucial to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging before shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving and put-away procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed, which may involve significant Lifting.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to order fulfillment.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote Safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
