What if you put your technical skills to work for the energy supply of Western Switzerland? Join a close-knit team that ensures the safety and reliability of the gas transport network day and night. We are looking for a person to monitor and manage the flows in the gas transport network of Western Switzerland using a specialized system. Within the Service & Transport department, you will be at the heart of the mission to ensure a safe and daily supply, with several key tasks including:- Monitoring and ensuring the safety of the gas transport network as part of a continuous service of 3 shifts of 8 hours (gas supply being managed 24/7).- Tracking the evolution of transportation needs using tools to validate supply plans.- Contributing to essential operations for our clients and partners.- Coordinating actions and work to be undertaken with our internal and external contacts (colleagues, clients, and partners).Profile sought:Do you appreciate the role of monitoring, demanding environments, and autonomy in managing your tasks? Then this position is for you! We are looking for (and why):- Proven experience in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, chemical industry, etc.), to master an industrial and technical environment driven by a variety of tools.- A diploma (CFC or equivalent) in one of the aforementioned fields and a desire to learn and update your skills.- Mastery of tools (Microsoft Office) and experience in process supervision, to follow and ensure the safety of transportation.- A good understanding of figures, to verify the relevance of data and correct it if necessary.- Good oral knowledge of English or German, to respond to calls and inquiries.- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and good stress management to make decisions in unforeseen circumstances in an environment where you are alone.- A sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor to plan and follow priorities in a context where you are one of 8 colleagues.- Ease and tact, to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.- Flexibility in your schedule, essential in a role where your working hours may vary.A driver's license is required, as our site is located in the industrial area of Aigle, poorly served by public transportation in the Vaud or Valais Chablais region, in order to participate in the service.Availability: immediately or to be agreed upon.Want a new challenge?
