Cleaning Agent (M/F) Location: Avenches + Surroundings Activity rate: 20 to 30% Site 1: Monday 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM / Tuesday 6:45 PM to 8:45 PM / Wednesday 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM / Thursday 6:45 PM to 8:45 PM / Friday 7:45 PM to 8:45 PM / Saturday 4:45 PM to 6:45 PM + 3 other sites for a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes with start day and time: As soon as possible. JMK X Sàrl, a company specialized in cleaning and maintenance services, is looking for a cleaning agent (CCT - E3) to join our dynamic team. If you are motivated, thorough, and wish to contribute to maintaining clean and welcoming spaces, this position is for you!Responsibilities - Ensure complete cleaning of sales areas, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, parking lots, and outdoor spaces. - Use and maintain the scrubber for floor cleaning. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols. - Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and products. - Report any detected problems in the premises. - Maintain common areas of three buildings (stairwells, hallways, lobbies, elevators). - Manage the cleanliness of outdoor surroundings (litter pickup, preliminary cleaning in the cleaning field or supermarket maintenance). - Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliability, punctuality, and proficiency in French (oral and written).Advantages - A dynamic work environment and continued development of your skills. - Possibility of advancement within the company. - Competitive salary in line with the market.
