LawyerYour challengeAt the heart of our work defending workers, your missions will be as follows:- Advice and support: You advise our members on their rights (labor law, rental law, and social insurance) and ensure the management of their individual files.- Legal procedures: You draft objections and appeals while ensuring rigorous follow-up with the competent authorities.- Cross-functional missions: You actively participate in managing various legal projects within the organization.ProfileHolder of a Master's degree in Swiss law or a similar qualification with a few years of experience in the field. Strong interest in labor law, rental law, and social insurance. Excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal skills.Languages: Perfect command of French; any other language is an asset.We offerA modern and dynamic work environment.
