Butini Village Residence SA is a medico-social establishment with 132 beds. We welcome elderly people with chronic health issues. Our primary belief is that the quality of life of residents fundamentally depends on the quality of the services offered to them within our establishment. We are looking for: An Assistant (ASE) We offer you - A quality of support that translates into daily assistance, coaching sessions, and shared experiences so that you feel fulfilled at work. - The opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding framework with high standards, focused on listening to residents and promoting interdisciplinary questioning. - Working conditions governed by the CCT of EMS Objectives. Support residents so that they are active participants in their social life: - Collaborate on the X program for adapted activities - Prepare and lead socio-cultural activities (outings, parties, and events) that meet the individual needs of participants as well as the dynamics of the various groups - Participate in the development of a personalized support project for residents within an interdisciplinary approach You possess - CFC ASE - Experience with elderly people is an asset - Interest in daily life and its potential for joy and humor - Interest in interdisciplinary work - Driving license preferred - Mastery of various current programs, including photo management - Proficiency in the French language, both written and spoken.
