We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients:Manager and Scheduling (M/F) - Permanent PositionYour mission:We are looking for a scheduling manager (M/F) for a renowned watchmaking company. Your main mission will be to ensure compliance with management processes and to update them, with the aim of improving deadline reliability and thus guaranteeing service rates. Responsibilities:- Manage the launch of orders for each item according to the established plan and monitor their progress.- Ensure short-term load/capacity for all production units in collaboration with other managers.- Contribute to the gradual introduction of new products and new processes in collaboration with project managers and production.- Monitor action plans in different interfaces with production to ensure delivery objectives are met.- Participate in finding solutions to flow issues.Your profile:- HES Engineer or ES Technician specialized in logistics or production, or equivalent.- Desired experience in scheduling or Supply Chain.- Proficient in an ERP and have good knowledge of a decision-making tool.- Excellent listening skills and ease in communication.
