You will work in a network and collaborate closely with our partners.LocationAigle CMSProfileSocial assistant diploma (HES-SO or equivalent), at least 2 years of experience preferred in home care and interest in elderly individuals and people regarding their health, general knowledge of social insurances. Dynamic individual, capable of working independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Good listening skills and a valid driver's license. Comfortable with tools (management of care files, quality monitoring).
