We are looking for a Customer Support (m/f/x) to carry out various missions that include: Supporting our advisors and agency brokers in both management and follow-up of claims across all branches as well as handling agency claims for motor vehicles and property. Providing information to clients (in-person, correspondence, phone, and accounting). What makes you unique: Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a commercial employee certificate in the field of AFA or a federal diploma. Proficiency in French, German, and/or English as a second language.
