WHAT YOU WILL DO: Reliably operate and run the production complexes and gradually learn to master others. Use your technical skills to intervene in case of production issues and ensure the continuity of the process. Perform quality checks and ensure sampling at different stages of production according to the defined procedures. Ensure a clean, precise, and well-documented work area with the team and stakeholders. Complete production reports and meticulously document the cleanings of the equipment and the work environment according to protocols to maintain high hygiene standards. Collaborate effectively and dynamically within the team and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling. Be proactive and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. WHAT YOU BRING: CFC in machinery in the agri-food industry or equivalent. Confirmed experience in industry operation, preferably in agri-food. Adopt exemplary hygiene standards - cleanliness is a top priority. Knowledge of IT tools for production management, knowledge of HACCP rules, and proficiency in French at a level that allows for fluid communication. Demonstrate flexibility to work in teams according to defined schedules while showing a sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good stress management.
