Historic and essential player in mobility in the canton of Fribourg, the Fribourg Public Transport (TPF) employs nearly number and ensures essential services every day. Facing significant challenges in the evolution of its railway, both on the human and technological fronts, TPF is looking for an experienced individual as Rail Manager (M/F). A key role for a reliable and efficient service.Your responsibilities:As a member of the extended management team of TPF TRAFFIC, you will be responsible for the overall activities related to the railway and its development. At the interface between unspecified and unspecified , you will ensure a safe, efficient, and quality service in a demanding and highly regulated environment. You will oversee all activities in your field, manage events and special occurrences, and drive the evolution projects of unspecified . In this capacity, you will notably support the introduction of new digital tools, processes, the arrival of new rolling stock, as well as quality management and follow-up. As a true conductor of the railway, you will manage, develop, and unite the teams in your entity, both directly and indirectly. You will foster a demanding and constructive work environment that encourages commitment and sustainable performance. You will ensure clear and constructive communication with internal and external partners, including social partners, and represent the interests of TPF TRAFFIC within the instances and bodies of the sector.Profile:As a structured and committed individual, you have a broad perspective and a systemic approach that allows you to navigate easily in complex environments. With a well-developed human sense, you know how to establish a climate of trust, manage sensitive issues, and unite multidisciplinary teams around clear objectives. Your background has led you to lead projects, establish tools in complex environments, and make decisions in demanding contexts. Comfortable in communication, you interact with various stakeholders, including institutional and external partners, combining vision and pragmatism. With a higher education degree, you have confirmed experience in the railway field or in a comparable environment. A good knowledge of the regulatory framework, particularly the LDT, as well as digital tools related to the railway, is an asset.
