InSitu Archaeology SA works to enhance the historical knowledge of Valais and Ticino. Bringing together about fifty specialists (archaeologists, specialists in archaeological materials study, anthropologists, technicians, and staff), we are a private competence center under public supervision, capable of covering and documenting scientifically all chronological periods (from prehistory to the present day). We are looking to strengthen our Sion team with a: Resource ManagerYour missions:- Develop the HR Business Partner function.- Manage and document the entire lifecycle of resources while complying with current legal requirements.- Support managers in managing psychosocial risks and conflict resolution.- Ensure proper integration of newly recruited individuals by implementing HR management processes, particularly for salaries, social insurance, and pension funds; document attendance and monitor absences.- Support the Finance Manager function.- Process salaries, expenses, social insurance, and pension contributions.- Assist in establishing the company's accounting.- Collaborate in the preparation of annual financial statements and monthly closings.- Establish dashboards to aid in decision-making.Requirements:- Holder of a Diploma of Specialist in Personnel Management / Finance (or equivalent experience and qualifications).- Proven experience of over 6 years in a similar role with complexity and social implications.- Proactivity, flexibility, service orientation, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, kindness, and high standards.Languages and IT:- French; German is a plus.
