Actively participate in the evolution and ensure the effectiveness of the therapeutic project implemented. Be proactive and ensure the efficiency of care processes. Ensure fluidity and guarantee quality welcoming of residents and their relatives. Required skills: Bachelor in Nursing or an equivalent title or CFC ASSC. Knowledge of Montessori Method is a plus. Able to collaborate in a network and interdisciplinary environment. Proficient in spoken and written French. Comfortable with common tools.
