Urban PlannerThe City and Municipality of Boudry, which has nearly inhabitants, employs about 95 and serves as the Council. In order to strengthen its team, the Municipal Council is putting out a call for applications for the position of urban planner between 80% and 100% (M/F) for a fixed term of one year, subject to re-evaluation.In your role, you will assist the sector manager in implementing the municipal policy on land use, construction, and managing the technical, regulatory, and financial aspects of files, studies, and projects related to territorial missions:- Monitoring and updating planning instruments and handling land use files- Management of files: Processing and following up on files, plans, and other related procedures- Technical expertise: Analyzing the compliance of private and public projects with regulations and providing advice- Information: Providing information to citizens, architects, and developers about building possibilities and constraints - Interface between cantonal services, external parties, and municipal authoritiesExperience and qualifications:- Degree in land use planning, urbanism, or equivalent- Proven professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a public administration, demonstrating mastery of public procedures- Excellent writing skills and full proficiency in the French language- Proficiency in common software tools and comfort with geographic information systems (GIS)- Solid knowledge of cantonal and federal legal frameworks in land use planning and good understanding of the municipal and cantonal institutional contextYour personal skills:- Rigor and sense of responsibility- Analytical and synthesis skills- Sense of responsibility and public serviceWe offer you:- A varied and stimulating role within an engaged team- The opportunity to participate in development projects- A pleasant working environment, rich in human contacts- Modern working conditions including good social benefits- A salary compliant with the scale, dependent on qualifications: to be determined from the start date or as agreed.
