Project Manager at 60% To complete its team, the FDDM X is recruiting for the position of Project Manager with the mission to: - Coordinate the implementation of sustainability in the social and health institutions of the Canton of Valais. - Animate the network of sustainability referents of these institutions: meetings, sharing of best practices. - Support institutions in the planning and implementation of their sustainability actions. - Ensure collaboration between institutions, federations, and the Canton. - Ensure the monitoring and financial tracking of the profile: - Confirmed experience in project management (5 to 10 years). - Strong understanding of sustainability issues in business. - Knowledge of the social and health sector. - Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate various partners. - Autonomy, rigor, and a taste for teamwork.
