In the Project Management Office department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating industrial machine projects. To do this, you will collaborate internally in a close and cross-functional manner with the various trades of the technical departments (mechanical, software, and electrical) as well as production. These various exchanges will allow you to ensure compliance with customer requirements by following the different stages from design to assembly to commissioning. Your main responsibilities include: Monitoring and conducting projects from inception to closure, establishing a detailed plan based on previously defined milestones, managing scopes, timelines, costs, and actions between the various internal stakeholders and project team meetings and reviews with feedback. Your profile: HES or EPF engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, electronics, or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in industrial project management, mastery of spoken and written French, as well as good knowledge of English and/or German, a rigorous, flexible, and dynamic personality, demonstrating excellent skills, a very good team spirit, and strong customer orientation.
