Join IMA X as a Program Manager Cycle Management. Workplace: La Chaux-de-Fonds (Neuchâtel) JOB SUMMARY Lead and develop the service by fostering cross-departmental collaboration with key departments. Oversee and track the progress of all team projects. Manage the schedule of interventions and resources and act as an escalation point in case of non-compliance to ensure adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality. Be the interface between clients and IMA, anticipate issues, and propose solutions. Participate in creating proposals with our technical-commercial team. Contribute to service decisions regarding offer evolution, upgrades & retrofits, obsolescence management, and spare parts sales. Be proactive and contribute to continuous performance improvement of the service. Structure and organize work to ensure efficiency in interventions and manage a client portfolio worth several millions, track performance, and manage financial aspects of the service, define key KPIs, and implement dashboards for decision support. Supervise and develop a team of project managers. Foster a culture oriented toward continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. AND EXPERIENCES Master's degree in Microtechnology, Electronics, Mechanics, or IPMA X. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in a relevant field. Expertise in retrofitting and obsolescence management is a definite advantage. Established leadership skills with confirmed experience in team management and excellent client engagement. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools; fluent in French and English; ideally with good knowledge of ERP systems.
