Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative drives client acquisition for the tax resolution team by providing consultative solutions to resolve tax challenges. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment. Focuses on building relationships and offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while making a meaningful impact for clients. Duties and Responsibilities
* Communicate with prospective clients about their tax problems through inbound and outbound calls * Identify prospects tax problems by asking layered discovery questions * Qualify prospective clients for services * Effectively manage the CRM to drive performance and ensure sales targets are consistently exceeded * Support new clients through the onboarding process, setting clear expectations and providing initial guidance * Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent education required * 2 years of relevant experience
