This position is available in various locations, with a hybrid work environment (3 days in office) in Tampa, FL, and Fargo, ND, or remote across the rest of the U.S. and Canada. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Engagement & Solution Delivery:
Collaborate with Sales to lead discovery sessions, design customized BC solutions, and manage end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering through to post-launch support. Product Demonstrations:
Conduct engaging, hands-on demonstrations of Microsoft Business Central and related technologies, emphasizing business value and ROI. Functional & Solution Design:
Convert business requirements into functional, value-added solutions that utilize BC's core capabilities with minimal customization. Client Enablement & Training:
Lead workshops and user training sessions to assist clients in transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud solutions. Cross-Functional & Cross-Product Collaboration:
Partner with internal experts across CE, Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot to develop comprehensive Microsoft-based solutions. Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the enhancement of Enavate's delivery methodology and industry-specific solution templates. What It Takes to Be Successful in This Role: Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or functional consulting within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, with hands-on BC implementation experience. Technical Fluency: Strong expertise with Business Central and related Microsoft technologies, capable of building and delivering demos with confidence. Business Acumen: Adept at connecting technical capabilities to tangible business impact and ROI for clients. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in supporting clients in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to guide business users and manage expectations effectively. Collaboration: Team-oriented and comfortable working across different geographies and functions to deliver optimal client outcomes. Important:
