The Schivo Medical group is strengthening its center of excellence Mecaplast SA, specialized in the molding of plastics, metals, and high precision ceramics. We are recruiting a: 100% Quality Control Manager. Your main missions will be the technical link between quality and production, team management, ensuring quality requirements, identifying opportunities and implementing actions on the ground, daily monitoring of quality in production, and analyzing the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and ensure backup for quality control activities management and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Your technical background in mechanics, ideally in injection quality management TM1 X in team management, ideally in quality control. Knowledge of ISO standards and mastery of standard control tools and familiarity with French and English; German is a plus. You should be precise, a hands-on person comfortable in an industrial environment, motivated, multitasking, and able to make decisions. Strong capacity for teamwork.
